The Wongkuo smart scale measures from 0.4 - 396 pounds, but the default unit is kg. It easily switches between metric and imperial units using the button on back of the digital scale. It uses 3 AAA batteries. It measures 24 compositions data including body fat, water mass, muscle mass, BMI, bone mass along with other measures. Without the app, you can only see body weight on the scale. With the app you can easily track all data with graphs showing progress over time. The only downside is the app only allows for one user profile per app meaning each family member would need to download the app to store data. It syncs quickly via Bluetooth and doesn't seem to slow phone down at all. They do provide a 12 month warranty as well.
