This eye mask comes with a handy travel bag and ear plug case. The mask itself has a velvety exterior and a soft interior. The headphones or ear muffs are thick, but are well cushioned making them comfortable for sleeping (even for side sleepers). The mask is fairly effective in blocking out light though depending on how you wear some make seep in through gaps around your nose. I wore on a plane and it blocked out the crying baby on our flight, though I would only recommend earplugs in conjunction if you have a longer flight so you don't miss any important announcements or use at home to sleep through your snoring partner.
The band is adjustable so it should fit more head sizes. Washing by hand is a must, but easy to do. It packs down nicely to fit easily into carryons. Overall, decent product that can improve sleep quality by blocking out light and noise.
