Slim Abs Trilay Waist Training Corset Unboxing and Review with Before and After Photos

I hear about waist training everywhere it seems like, they've even made an appearance in some workout classes. The one I tried out is the Genie Hourglass Waist Training belt. This particular one came with sweat cream or slimming gel. Before and after pictures and a video review are at the bottom of the post.

The corset and cream were pretty self explanatory. Apply cream to waist area before putting on the corset. It felt a bit like icy-hot or any menthol cream. It was warm and a bit tingly. The corset was fairly easy to put on, just be sure to check your size when ordering. It wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't horrible either.

I started with the plan to wear for an hour, but got distracted so I wore for ~4 hours. It did seem to make a noticeable difference. My waist came in more than before wearing. It is difficult to wear if doing strenuous work and I would definitely start with a shorter duration before working up to a longer one. I am also not a doctor, so consult with a physician before trying. I wouldn't use this to do major waist changes, but it was a nice way to slim up before getting dressed up and I will keep using it for that purpose, but likely won't go much smaller in size.
